Dr Gemma Rowland
Clinical psychology for adolescents and adults
If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, low mood, school avoidance, trauma, Autism, ADHD, or other emotional difficulties, therapy can provide a safe space to understand what is happening and find a way forward.

Together, we work towards clearer understanding, practical coping strategies and meaningful change. I tailor therapy to each individual, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches to meet your specific needs.
